Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Method: FedEx Standard

  • Shipping Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Please note: Estimated delivery is only available for addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Feelsleep is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Returns

  • Feelsleep is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Refunds are not available after the product has been opened, except in cases of product defects. We highly recommend recording a video when opening the package.

  • For home appliances, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened or installation has been completed. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed in the case of a product defect.
